Which means I can play "Large American attempts to get in small cars" and post photos for Oppo to enjoy the hilarity. I will also be using this as a chance to jump back into taking pictures again, it's been a long time since I've been able to. Hopefully I can take a few wallpaper worthy shots. The show is usually pretty decent with good sized booths and all the major automakers plus a few local clubs and specialty auto shops. Personally I hope to see the new Golf lineup, new Mustang, and a few others.
I will be shooting with my Nikon D50, primarily using Nikkor AF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 and Promaster AF 28-200 f/3.8-22 lenses. A Promaster FTD 5500 flash going too, I need to find a cheap/good flash diffuser though. Still debating taking my monopod. More experienced photographers on Oppositelock please make any suggestions or give advice you see fit, I would deeply appreciate it. I also would appreciate some recommendations on equipment and accessories I should look into getting. This is a hobby I have enjoyed, thanks to my father who started to teach me before he passed away, and want to improve my skills in.
